Printable PDF purchases are non-refundable for change of mind once the download or access has begun, except where applicable consumer law gives you a right to cancel or another remedy. For customers in the EU and UK, the right to cancel a digital download is lost only if, before supply begins, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you will lose that right. Your rights relating to faulty, inaccessible, or misdescribed digital content are not affected. If you have trouble accessing a PDF, contact us with your order number and we’ll help.
